Caterpillar coat crisis.
It was only when I came back from the shops that I realised that I had been wearing a caterpillar under my coat. Another day, another caterpillar catastrophe.
Chain of fools.
These Eri silkmoth larvae seem to be locked into a strange line dance.

These succulent Eri caterpillars make a tasty light supper served enticingly on a vintage platter. I reared the caterpillars myself, and was lucky to find the platter at an auction at Curr and Dewar, Dundee.
The Guardian.
This young hawkmoth caterpillar is enjoying reading the Guardian. It doesn’t appear to have noticed that it’s upside down.
